强化独立学院学位管理 提高学士学位授予质量

Strengthening Degree Management of Independent Colleges and Improving the Quality of Bachelor's Degree Awarding

本文根据国务院学位办2007年5-7月的调查数据,分析了我国独立学院发展概况,以及独立学院学士学位授予工作中存在的主要问题:在2008年2月22日教育部颁布《独立学院设置与管理办法》之前,独立学院自己没有学士学位授予权,一般由公办母体高校进行学士学位授予工作,在学士学位授予标准、授予方式、管理机构和工作程序上存在较大的差异,影响了学士学位授予质量。为此,本文建议:应进一步规范独立学院学士学位授予标准,提高学士学位授予质量;加强独立学院学士学位授予工作管理制度建设,进一步规范其学士学位授予管理机构与程序。
