| 现代产业学院是把产业发展需求作为学院组织建制的内在逻辑，通过知识运作与组织运作等学院组织核心要素的创新而形成的一种新形态学院组织。现代产业学院的生成动力源于追求教育逻辑与产业逻辑的融合，弥合传统学院组织与企业之间知识运作的分立，形成知识运作一体化。现代产业学院这些内在机理的实现，需要统合市场机制与政策机制的资源配置效应，整合大学、企业、政府的组织角色与管理功能，从宏观与微观层面型构多元主体的共建机制。 |

| The modern industrial college reflects the intrinsic logic of organizing institutions in accordance with the needs of industrial development. It emerges from the innovation of core elements such as knowledge and organizational operations within college structures. The driving force behind this innovation stems from the pursuit of integrating educational and industrial logics, bridging the gap in knowledge operations between traditional college organizations and enterprises, and thus forming an integrated knowledge operation system. The realization of these inherent mechanisms requires the integration of resource allocation impacts from both market and policy mechanisms. It also involves the integration of the organizational roles and management functions of universities, businesses, and governments at both the macro and micro levels, thereby forming a multi-stakeholder collaboration framework. |
