“低质守约” 与 “高质挣脱”—— 地方高校定向师范生回乡意愿的影响因素分析

      基于全国20所地方高校定向师范生的调研发现,定向师范生的回乡意愿总体由被动性的履约意向和主动性的回乡使命两部分构成,且履约意向的权重远高于回乡使命,是后者的1.73倍。分析显示,定向师范生回乡意愿体现出明显的“低质守约”和“高质挣脱”特性。从个体表现看,成绩越好、综合素质越高的定向师范生越倾向于挣脱契约而逃避回乡;从家庭资本角度看,家庭经济条件相对优越、成长于县城环境、家长职业为管理层的定向师范生更倾向于逃避回乡;从就读高校背景看,省级重点高校定向师范生的回乡意愿显著低于地方普通高校。这可能会导致乡村教育长期面临师资补充上的低质化循环和师资留任上的“完成任务”现象,对乡村教育质量的全面提升构成严峻挑战。

      Based on a survey of rural - oriented pre - service teachers from 20 local universities across the country, it is found that the willingness of rural - oriented pre - service teachers to teach in rural areas is generally composed of two parts: passive intention to fulfill the agreement and proactive sense of mission to return home. Moreover, the weight of fulfillment intention is much higher than the sense of mission to return home, which is 1.73 times higher than the latter. Analysis shows that the willingness of rural - oriented pre - service teachers to teach in rural areas reflects obvious characteristics of "low - quality compliance" and "high - quality disengagement". From an individual performance perspective, rural - oriented pre - service teachers with better grades and higher comprehensive qualities are more inclined to break free from their contracts and avoid returning to their hometown; from the perspective of family capital, rural - oriented pre - service teachers with relatively superior family economic conditions, growing up in a county environment, and with parents in management positions are more inclined to avoid returning to their hometown; from the perspective of their university background, the willingness of rural - oriented pre - service teachers from provincial key universities to return to their hometown is significantly lower than that of rural - oriented pre - service teachers from local ordinary universities. Thus, rural education may face a long - term cycle of low - quality teacher recruitment and the phenomenon of "completing tasks" in teacher retention, posing a serious challenge to the comprehensive improvement of rural education quality.
