对农村大学生在高等教育环境中跨文化适应的探索,有助于我们更好地理解中国教育结构与生态问题。基于对 1528 名农村大学生的问卷调查和对 54 名农村大学生的深度访谈,我们发现:我国农村大学生的文化适应类型主要包括双认同型、乡土型、徘徊型和边缘型四种;双认同型学生在能力发展方面表现最优秀,但在心理健康方面存在隐忧;乡土型学生在心理健康方面表现最佳,学业成绩也略占优势;徘徊型和边缘型学生在校的整体发展水平相对较低。中国城乡文化非对称性的结构关系增加了农村大学生文化适应的难度,这一现象与西方移民社会中的适应模式形成鲜明对比。 |

The exploration of acculturation phenomena among rural college students in higher education settings provides valuable insights that enhance our understanding of the structural and ecological issues within China's educational framework. Based on a survey of 1,528 rural college students and in-depth interviews with 54 of them, this study identifies four acculturation typologies: dual-identity, pro-rural identity, ambivalence, and marginalization. Students with a dual-identity demonstrate the most impressive development in their abilities, yet their mental health is a cause for concern. Pro-rural students excel in mental health and have a modest advantage in academic performance. In contrast, ambivalence and marginalization students show lower overall development in the university context. The structural asymmetry between urban and rural cultures in China complicates acculturation process for rural students, highlighting a stark contrast with acculturation observed in Western immigrant societies. |
