| 在国外广泛实施的高校教育质量评估,其最基本的特征就是把经济原则引入评估活动,把评估结果和教育经费直接挂钩。本文对美国、英国、澳大利亚、瑞典等四国的高校教育质量评估进行了介绍,对国外高校教育质量评估的影响及所存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了改革高校教育质量评估的建议。 |

| Currently,economic principles,especially performance-based budgeting,have been introduced in the evaluation models for higher educational quality in western countries.This article firstly introduces the evaluation models of higher education quality in American,U.K.,Australia and Sweden,then it analyzes the influence of these models on teaching quality of universities and finally it points out some problems which should be solved. |
