| In 1980s,the general education in American universities came in again,meanwhile,the education program called university student leadership was mushrooming.What does the simultaneity mean? Is it a coincidence or necessity? The article trys to make clear the relationship between them from three dimensions of development goal,value orientation and operation process based on current researches,and gives some suggestions for present higher education reforms in China. |
