| 本文从我国高校学生贷款的历史与现状分析入手,着重讨论了国家助学贷款、生源地助学贷款与一般商业性助学贷款的不同分工与制度绩效。同时,针对日前中国高校学生贷款制度的功能缺陷,深入考察了它的适应性、稳定性与效率性现状,进而提出构建基于金融“功能观”的高校学生贷款制度可持续发展路径,并进行了相应的政策诠释。 |
